As I continue my journey around the world helping less fortunate children, I hope to learn about myself and life while making bonds with other volunteers and students in these developing countries that will last a lifetime.

An Adventure that will Never be Forgotten
My name is Karlina Feduschak. I am a 7th grader who will be traveling to Nicaragua to help children with disabilities this spring.I heard about this program last winter when many of my sisters friends were participating in it. The minute I heard about it I was fully intrigued by the idea of going to a developing country and helping those who are less fortunate then I am. I have heard about other kids experiences and was inspired by their story's and what they had said about the amazing experience they had. I heard about the hard work they all had put into the service trip and what they had experienced while they were on the adventure. I am hoping that I will get out as many life lessons and experiences as they did. After I have returned from Nicaragua I hope that I will see the world differently and appreciate more that I have.
